While I am not fluent in Spanish, I regularly use translation tools to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients regarding appointment scheduling, document requirements, identification requirements, fees, and other notary-related questions. Many clients find this a convenient way to arrange their appointment and receive the information they need before we meet.

What to Expect

For all notarizations:

The signer must appear in person before the notary.
A valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID is required.
The signer must be willing and able to sign the document.
The signer must understand the contents and purpose of the document being signed.
I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice or explain the legal effect of a document.
Translation services are not provided.

My appointment booking page includes information in both English and Spanish, and appointment intake questions are available in both languages. This allows many clients to complete the scheduling process entirely online before their appointment.
