Who Benefits from I-9 Authorization Services?
Remote Employees: If you’re starting a new job but can’t meet your employer in person, I’ll act as their authorized representative to help you complete your I-9 form.
Employers: Save time and ensure compliance with USCIS requirements by outsourcing the I-9 form process to a trusted professional.
What Is the I-9 Form?
The I-9 Form, issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), is used to verify an employee’s identity and eligibility to work in the United States. The form requires both the employee and the employer (or authorized representative) to complete specific sections. As part of this process, employees must present valid identity and work authorization documents.
